In Home dog training

Tailored to your needs

In-home Dog Training Sessions:

  • At Home: I’ll visit your home, assess your dog in their environment, and provide hands-on coaching and training.

  • Field Training: Perfect for practical, on-the-go training in a controlled outdoor setting.

Virtual Sessions:

  • Ideal for keeping distractions to a minimum and providing a safe space for nervous or anxious dogs. Great for owners with reactive or anxious dogs, also great for people who dont like visitors so much.

                          Training

  • Focus: Coaching you and your dog through brand new cues and improving everyday manners, such as Sit, Wait, Leash Walking, Stop Jumping, Hand Targeting, and Recall.

  • Duration: Approximately 1 hour per session.

  • Objective: To coach you and your dog through the learning process of basic manners  and practical skills for everyday situations.

  • Approach: Structured, goal-oriented, and often follows a clear, step-by-step plan.

  • Materials: Includes handouts in paper or digital format to support learning and practice.

           Behaviour

  • Focus: Addressing and modifying complex behavioral issues such as excessive barking, compulsive behaviours, resource guarding, separation anxiety, and reactivity.

  • Duration: Starts at 1 hour per session, but may require multiple sessions depending on the complexity of the issue.

  • Objective: To understand and manage underlying psychological triggers and develop strategies for behavior modification.

  • Approach: In-depth, personalized, and may involve a broader assessment of the dog's environment and experiences.

  • Materials: Includes handouts in paper or digital format, with a focus on strategies and techniques tailored to specific behavioral challenges.

Behaviour sessions often require a detailed discussion during initial contact to assess the scope of the issues and develop a tailored plan.
